Security Forces Hospital Riyadh

imageThe Security Forces Hospital is one of the oldest and continuously expanding Hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was initially a small dispensary opened in 1972 and in 1974 expended to a 20 bed hospital. In 1981 the second phase construction started and in 1991 a total of 508 beds was achieved. In 1998 the Ministry of Interior assumed responsibility for the hospital and it is the only hospital providing medical services to the Ministry of Interior personnel and their families. The hospital offers all major medical specialties including plastic surgery and has become a internship institution for the Saudi Board of Medical Specialties. The hospital employs a wide variety of health professionals from North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
